Service Description

Ayurveda is a 2,000 year old system of medicine that originates from India, which brings healing through diet, lifestyle changes, breath work, exercise, mantra and bodywork. This Northern Indian style of bodywork is designed first and foremost to balance the lymphatic system by employing tools, such as gua shas, cupping, hot rocks, herbal infusions, and warm oil. Each treatment is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. This is a full treatment that opens not just the body for healing, but the mental, emotional and spiritual body as well.
