A slow-paced, 4- month program designed for each woman to support her mastery of inner emotional alchemy, through somatics and nervous system regulation techniques, inner child work, sacred teachings of the Wise Woman, magic ritual and more.
She may harness the magic of the ancients. to re-wild the heart is a radical act of courage, but ushers in a life of immense inner power and joy beyond one's imagination to master this inner alchemy in sisterhood, with other women who are deeply committed to their self-healing and desire the same level of transformation, is a beautiful thing.
In a fast-paced world where we rarely have time to cultivate the deep, lasting relationships with the women around us, we rise + say “no more.”

This is how your 4 months in the program will look like...
These weeks are designed to gently guide us to tune into our bodies, to begin to cultivate that deep inner connection to the wisdom within us that knows all. This initiatory month includes 7 modules about cultivating safety + finding a home within the body while introducing some of the somatic techniques we will use throughout this program.
These modules are released bi-weekly so that we may go slowly + at our own pace. We’ll have virtual group calls every week (4 in total) to ground into these new learnings + share our experiences together.

The program starts with a sacred, in-person opening ceremony on Sunday, July 9th @ 6-7:30 pm ET where we will initiate this 4-month program together with magical invocation, blessings + prayer, herbal goodness and more! We will connect with our ancestral, matriarchal clan mothers as we initiate ourselves into the path of the wild one within.
You will be presented with your program workbook, your trusted guide during this inner alchemical journey, and you will get to meet your fellow sisters!
These weeks will be a deep dive into connecting to the child within. We will continue to tune into the body and learn to find harmony with the feelings that arise while establishing a nourishing relationship with the inner family, as we deepen into more somatic techniques. This month we have 7 modules released in Weeks 5 + 7. We will have 3 weekly group calls and one in-person gathering in week 8
This will be the much-needed breath of fresh air as we process and integrate the 8 weeks of material from the first two months of this program. Rest. restore, replenish
These weeks we will be diving into the watery tides of our wombs, where our deepest + most hidden selves lie. We will be guided gently to face the shadows we bury, to face the beliefs that limit us, to transmute our “darkness” into light. We will find a strength we didn’t know we carried until taught to face these shadows with self-love. Modules will be released in the course portal on Weeks 10 + 12, and bonus modules will be available. And of course–our 4 weekly group calls to integrate, connect and share.
During these weeks we will be deeply meeting ourselves as we meet our sacred hearts. We will be deepening into our somatic techniques, as we learn to feel and express our hearts in relationship with others, to face those nasty “trigger moments,” to put all the tools we’ve learned together to create powerful nervous system regulation mastery within the self. Modules will be released on the course portal in Weeks 14 + 16, along with our 4 weekly group calls.
Before we say goodbye, we will take another week to process, to integrate, to let the sediment settle. All flowers need their time to bloom.
This program ends with a nourishing, in-person closing ceremony on Sunday, November 19th @ 6-7:30 pm. Together our journey ends, and here we celebrate the beautiful growths + the expansions we’ve made, the deaths + the contractions we’ve overcome.

Hello, I am Naomi...
A licensed bodyworker, herbalist, women’s health guide, women's circle facilitator + somatics coach. It is my dream to see women heal deep within their nervous systems, and one of my missions is to guide women on this journey home.
Three years ago, I found myself in a deep bottom over the ending of a romantic relationship that left me shattered. I was deeply broken, carrying a hurt that left me as heavy as a mountain. I had no choice but to move back home, commit to my emotional wellness, and pick up my pieces one-by-one with grace. In this dark night of my soul, I awakened to a lightness and a love deep within me by using these alchemical tools I will share with you. As I came into my body and released the baggage that was never mine to begin with. I started to see the tendrils of the most beautiful rose that is ME deep within.

What really supported me in this time of my life was community. It was knowing that I wasn’t alone, and that there were gentle + loving ears and warm arms to hold me as I wobbled. I felt like a child learning to ride a bike. I would take big strides without my training wheels and would fall back down.
The sisters around me helped me to lick my wounds and get back on my bike with courage. It is now my desire to create this container for other women who also feel broken + hurting as I once did. Your Questions Answered
What is the weekly time commitment?
There will be lecture videos released into the course portal every two weeks, along with the weekly workbook exercises which will together take 1.5-3 hours (but remember it is every two weeks!). We will also have a weekly 90 minute group call.
When and at what time are the weekly calls?
Both our in-person gatherings + virtual calls will be on Sundays from 6-7:30 pm ET. Upon enrolling, you will receive a program calendar with the dates of all our calls, our in-person gatherings, and so forth.
Does this program replace therapy?
If you are currently struggling with physical or mental health challenges, we honor your journey and encourage you to seek out the support and care that you need. This program is intended to complement, not replace, any professional therapy or medical treatment that you may be receiving. In this program, we see each woman as self-responsible for her own needs and we encourage you to seek the care that you need outside of the program so that you feel safe + supported! Our program is intended to teach the skills of emotional alchemy, including body awareness, emotional regulation techniques, inner child work, and is designed to support individuals on their paths alongside other healing modalities.
Is there a refund policy?
There are no refunds available upon purchase. Please reflect prior to embarking on this journey if this is the right decision for you!
What if I can’t make it to the group calls?
Don’t worry, sis! We got you. Every single live call will be recorded and uploaded to the member portal so you can catch up whenever you feel like doing so. We understand that life can prevent us from fully being available all the time. This program is primarily designed for you to go slow at your own pace, so you can always go back + rewatch the calls if you can’t make it to the live.
I haven't started my healing journey yet. Is this still for me?
Our sacred space is open to meet you wherever you are on your journey, and to offer our loving support as you continue to expand and evolve. This program is designed for the very beginners who have never tried to connect with their bodies, their inner child, or shadow work. However, this program is also designed for the self-healer who has been on her journey for a while. Wherever you are-we welcome you, and i’m sure you will get a lot out of this program!

Trust me when I say I’ve been in online healing programs before! I’ve learned from experience what works and what doesn’t work and it is so incredibly important to me that with this virtual offering, the women I guide feel held and supported.
